The retreat for postpartum women
to remember their needs,
reclaim their intuition,
and reconnect with who they’re becoming.

The retreat for postpartum women to remember their needs, reclaim their intuition, and reconnect with who they’re becoming.
You’ve been holding it all.
The snacks. The schedules. The tantrums. The guilt. The rage.
The secret longing to just be left alone… for one damn minute.
But more than that—you’ve been holding yourself.
Every unspoken feeling. Every suppressed scream. Every second-guess.
The way your soul has shifted since you became a mother—and how no one seems to get it.
You’ve done the self-help books.
You’ve listened to the podcasts.
You know about triggers, trauma, and nervous system regulation—
But when do you get to lay it all down and actually feel the relief?
Is 1, 2, even 12 years in… and still feels like she hasn’t fully landed
Has a deep spiritual sense of “there’s more” but no time or space to listen to it
Is tired of being so grateful and guilty at the same time
Has mastered masking—keeping it “together” even when everything inside is screaming
Feels the simmer of rage and shame every time she loses her patience—and fears what it means
Has spent so long trying to do what’s best for her baby, she forgot herself entirely
Is exhausted by all the thinking, all the figuring it out
Just wants someone to hold HER for once
You need more than information.
You need a reset, a soulful exhale, and a space to be raw, real, and witnessed by women who get it.
You're invited to...
No algorithms. No snack requests. Just warmth, quiet, and your own rhythm—restored.

You’ll be held in the kind of space that everyday life rarely allows: one where you can finally stop bracing and just be.

leave feeling heard, validated, and not so alone.
No advice. No interruptions. Just a circle of women who actually get it.
leave feeling soothed, grounded, and whole.
An evening wrapped in mental load-stillness—no tasks, no decisions, just space to return to yourself.

We hold a gentle space for you to slow down and be truly seen—connect with yourself and the circle. Stay the night if you want, or slip away when you’re ready. The shift begins long before you leave, carrying a softness that stays with you well beyond the retreat.

leave feeling nourished, cared for, and not the one doing the dishes.
No decisions, no meal prep—just beautiful food, served with soul.

You'll fit
right in if you:
Swear sometimes (real fucking often).
Cry in the car.
Struggle to resist going down the rabbit hole of attachment theory at 1 AM.
Feel like you're in the middle of a spiritual identity shift but your current circle just doesn't get it.
Want more than a nap. You wants to feel alive again.
Tired of playing the game of perfectionism and are ready to tap into your rustic, camp-girly energy without the commitment of a week away from home.

Tired of playing the game of perfectionism and are ready to tap into your rustic, camp-girly energy without the commitment of a week away from home.
It’s for the ones who are ready to lay it down.
To feel seen.
To be held in their bigness and their breakdowns.
To get quiet enough to hear themselves again.
To take one brave, messy, intuitive step back to who they’ve always been.
I’m a neurospicy postpartum therapist and witchy creative, raising two tiny spiritual gangsters (ages 5 and 2.5). I love heavy bass, nostalgic comforts, and falling down eclectic neuroscience rabbit holes. Known as the queen of reframes, I bring stability, comfort, and a gentle confidence boost to my people. My kids and I match each other’s “Silly” like it’s an Olympic sport. When I camp, I bring all the cozy textures and calming crafts.
What does soft rebellion mean to you?
Soft rebellion means being BOLD in your tender, self-compassion-fueled care. I push back on the status quo by honoring emotions like shame and rage—not as problems to fix, but as sacred signals from a wise mind and body. I challenge the idea that we must choose between identities, and invite you to be wildly, unapologetically, all of yourself.
What’s your role at the retreat?
I’ll be curating a sensory-rich atmosphere for your healing—offering creative outlets and art-based practices rooted in somatic research and fueled by the resources of your imagination and unique perspective.
My role is to help you gently step back from the noise of daily life and make space to reconnect with yourself. Through guided art, cozy materials, and slow moments, you’ll commune with your inner world in a way that invites clarity, softness, and real restoration.

I’m here to sit beside you in the mess.
To walk with you through the rage, the grief, and the quiet ache of not knowing who you are anymore— and help you come home to yourself again.
Yes, I’m a postpartum therapist.
But more than that, I’m a mom who’s lived through everything this retreat was built to hold.
This retreat doesn’t come from a perfect place.
It comes from the real place.
From years of sitting with mothers who feel like they’re unraveling under the weight of doing it all.
From my own sacred rage, rebirth, and soft rebellion.
From the therapy room, the voice notes, the co-regulation, the spiritual downloads, the deep belly laughs, and the breakdowns behind closed doors.
I created this because I needed it.
And I know I’m not the only one.
This retreat about building a space held by wise, grounded women who carry different gifts —
so you can receive the kind of support your body, mind, and spirit are asking for.
Psychotherapist by day, mom to a spunky, vibrant 4-year-old who keeps me grounded and
growing 25/8.
I come alive in deep conversations, chance encounters, and honest storytelling—especially the kind that shifts how we see ourselves or the world.
As a mom, my greatest hope is that my daughter moves through life taking bold chances, knowing I’ll always have her back. We’re just figuring this all out together—and that’s the magic.
I never camp without a cozy blanket, good coffee, and a tiny speaker for early morning playlists.
What does soft rebellion mean
to you?
To me, soft rebellion is choosing to live a life that makes sense to your soul—even if it doesn’t make sense to anyone else. It’s parenting gently in a world that rewards pressure, building a business with heart, and giving yourself permission to rest, feel, and dream again.
What’s your role at the retreat?
I’ll be holding space through transformative activities, group conversations, and reflective moments that invite clarity, connection, and internal freedom. Expect warmth, realness, and a few gentle nudges toward your truth.
Social Worker by trade and mom to two wild-hearted little humans who remind me daily to stay curious and dance in the kitchen. I’m a lover of beach days, sauna sessions, and worldly adventures.
As a mom, I’m most proud of teaching my kids that their feelings and emotions matter. I never camp without excessive snacks and a book I never end up reading.
What does soft rebellion mean
to you?
Soft rebellion, to me, is choosing presence in a world that rushes, honoring the body’s wisdom in a culture that glorifies pushing through, and parenting with emotional health at the center—over performance, or gold stars.
What’s your role at the retreat?
I’ll be guiding you through a somatic release session that helps you reconnect with your body and gently move stored stress, allowing you to feel more grounded and embodied. Together we’ll explore how intentional movements and breath can support your nervous system and promote stress release
I'm a Psychic Development Mentor, an observer, a hugger, and a loud laugher—the kind of person people come to when they need a soft place to land. I’m a mom of two (10 and 12), one with a disability and low support needs, and I’ve been through the postpartum fire.
What brings me joy? Wandering bookstores, daydreaming, deep conversations that skip the small talk, and floating in any body of water I can find.
When I camp, I bring Grapefruit Bubly, Doritos, and a strong resistance to hiking—catch me in a hammock or stargazing instead..
What does soft rebellion mean
to you?
Soft rebellion means listening to my heart and my history. It’s honoring how trauma still echoes through my bones, and choosing truth and tenderness anyway. It’s speaking up in systems that ask me to stay silent. It’s saying no to expectations and yes to my kids, my spirit, and myself.
What’s your role at the retreat?
I’m here to lead Intuitive Knowing, a warm, down-to-earth workshop where we explore your psychic self—with laughter, storytelling, and practical guidance. Together we’ll tune into your intuition, learn about the “clairs,” and practice receiving clear messages from Spirit. You’ll leave more connected to your inner knowing—and feeling like you’ve been doing it right all along.
You'll return home with
a softer body
a reawaked sense of self
a real, lasting shift in how you move through motherhood & the world
This isn’t a retreat centre—it’s something quieter. More grounded. A space that softens with you.
We’ll gather on 86 acres of wild, private land—where the trails are quiet, the trees hold you, and the river hums nearby. As the sun stretches over the trees, we’ll begin slow—coffee in hand, hearts unclenching.
We’ll settle in with grounding and laughter, then explore the land like children again, loosening what’s tight through movement, reflection, and a few sacred pauses to just be.
At the heart of it all sits a spacious bell tent: our gathering place. it’s where we’ll return again and again throughout the day: to make art, sip tea, write what’s true, or sit in soft silence beside one another. No pressure, no performance—just presence.
All meals are included—nourishing, comforting food made with care—plus snacks, water, tea, and coffee available throughout the day. Feel free to bring along any favorite treats or comforts, too. We’ll eat when we're hungry, rest when we need to, and follow the soft rhythms of the day—not the clock.
As the sky darkens, firelight will guide us into stories, sweetness, and the kind of connection that lives in the in-between. Shame will soften, voices will rise, bowls will sing, and something in you will remember: this is what it feels like to be held.
You’re welcome to pitch your own tent (or a tent provided by us) under the stars, or roll out a sleeping bag inside the bell tent for a communal night of rest, held by lantern light and the sounds of summer.
There’s a clean composting toilet, solar lanterns to guide you, and plenty of space to move, be still, or slip off into your own rhythm. Nothing to manage. Nothing to prove. Just land, body, breath—and you.

Do I have to be a mom to attend?
This space centers postpartum identities and experiences—but if you’ve ever mothered, lost, longed for, or wrestled with your identity through caregiving and change, you may find deep resonance here. If you see yourself in these themes, you’re welcome.
What is the limit on postpartum?
There isn’t one. Whether your baby is 6 months or 16 years old, if you resonate with the identity of being postpartum—and with how that experience still echoes through your body, mind, and business—you belong here.
Will I be expected to do deep emotional work the whole time?
No. The weekend is layered with gentle invitations: some deep, some playful, some restful. You’ll have full agency to lean in or out. This is not a pressure cooker—it’s a place to exhale.
Is this a spiritual retreat? Do I need to believe in anything specific?
No beliefs required. The space is spiritual in the sense that we honor intuition, ritual, and the deep inner knowing that often emerges in motherhood. But there’s no dogma here. Come as you are—spiritually and otherwise.
Is this retreat trauma-informed? Will I be safe if hard things come up?
Yes. Everything is designed through a trauma-informed lens, with clear boundaries, emotional safety, and spaciousness. You’ll never be pushed, and you’ll always have choice. If hard things come up, there’s support.
I’m a therapy client of yours. Can I still attend?
Yes, absolutely. If you're a current or past client, we’ll clarify roles ahead of time so that things feel clean and supportive. We’ll also revisit boundaries around confidentiality, holding both your personal work and the collective space with care.
What accommodations are there? Is there electricity?
This retreat is designed like a modern-day summer camp revival. There are basic camping amenities—composting toilet, fire pit, lots of space to set up—but no electricity on-site. Bring a flashlight, a charged battery pack, and your cozy layers. This is for you if you long for nature, simplicity, and the slower rhythm of being unplugged.
Where will I sleep?
The retreat runs from 10 AM to 6 PM, but if you want the full campfire-under-the-stars experience, you're welcome to camp overnight on-site. There’s plenty of space to pitch your own tent, plus one shared bell tent available on a first-come, first-served basis for sleeping bag setup.
Do you consider dietary needs and restrictions?
For sure. During onboarding, you'll fill out an intake form where you can let me know your dietary needs, allergies, or restrictions. We'll accommodate them with care—no one’s going hungry or eating what doesn't feel good for their body.
I’ve never done anything like this before. What if I’m nervous or shy?
That’s okay. So many women walk in feeling the same. This retreat was built to be safe for quiet arrivals, slow unfolding, and coming as you are. There’s no performance or pressure—just presence.
Once I complete the 1 year free post-retreat membership, do I have to continue?
Not at all. The first year is free with your early bird ticket — a chance to feel it out. Ongoing membership ($97/month) offers a grounded space to stay connected to your growth, your intuition, and your retreat sisters — without the mental load of figuring out how to keep in touch. Each circle includes thoughtful facilitation, gentle psychoeducation, and real talk about motherhood, creativity, and soft rebellion. It's about staying aligned with who you're becoming, together.
Do I need to purchase trip cancellation?
We strongly recommend it. Life happens—especially in the motherhood season—and because this retreat has a no-refunds policy, trip cancellation coverage can help protect your investment and peace of mind. We also require a participant agreement acknowledging this policy before securing your spot.
What is the cancellation policy?
Due to the intimate nature of this retreat and the upfront investment required to secure our venue, meals, and materials, all payments are non-refundable, including deposits and payment plans. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation (personal conflict, illness, travel issues, etc.). Further context for attendance, terms, and conditions can be found on the registration page.
